Lansing Psychological Associates is currently looking to find motivated and eager psychiatrists to join our expanding practice. 

The ideal candidate would be a team player, have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage one’s time effectively and efficiently, be able to work independently and have a foundational knowledge of clinical skills, treatment approaches, and planning. The clinician will set schedules with patients, work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan and goals, deliver interventions, monitor progress, and document accordingly. The clinician will meet with the clinical director for performance growth skills, collaborate with the administrative staff, and lead the clinical work with their particular patients. 

Qualifications needed to be considered

• Submit a customized cover letter and resume that includes your active license number, areas of specialty, and current and thorough job history.
• Be available for an initial phone screen and a face-to-face interview at our East Lansing office
• Must have a MD or DO (must be verifiable through LARA-no in progress licenses)
• The ability to work independently
• Strong proficiency with computers and computer-based programs for record-keeping, scheduling, etc.
• Team Player
• Excellent people skills
• High level of professionalism

• Must have a Current PhD, PsyD, LMSW (must be verifiable through LARA-no in progress licenses) sorry no LLP’s
• The ability to work independently
• FT positions require completion of 25+ weekly clinical client hours
• Strong proficiency with computers and computer-based programs for record-keeping, scheduling, etc.
